      ABSOLUTELY **NOT*** GH3 Gerovitol formula

      This product contains *NO* as in 0 amount of GH3 which is a stabilized Procaine molecule. Gerovital GH3 is a formulation of procaine hydrochloride buffered and stabilized with potassium metabisulfite and benzoic acid. Procaine hydrochloride is metabolized in the body, producing PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) and DEAE (diethyl amino ethanol), which are vitaminic precursors to the formation of folic acid, choline, and acetyl-choline. Thus GH3 is rightly considered a "pro-vitamin", or, a compound that leads directly to the formation of vitamins in the human body. I would have no problem *if* this product was labeled as GH3 Metabolites or anything that explains that it is not Dr.Ana Aslan's original formula GH3.

      Why I order

      These were recommended to me by my vet to give my dog who has a kidney issue. They must be working, cause she isn't getting any worse and she gets checked every six months. Seriously considering taking them myself.
