Appena ricevuta la comunicazione, sarà nostra cura inviare al cliente l'autorizzazione al reso tramite e-mail ed ulteriori istruzioni per la spedizione.

Per ottenere il rimborso totale del valore del prodotto restituito, lo stesso deve essere consegnato o, in ogni caso, fatto pervenire al venditore integro e sigillato (senza alcun segno di usura, abrasione, scalfittura, graffio, deformazione, con cellophane di chiusura ancora sigillato, ecc.), completo di tutti i suoi elementi ed accessori, corredato dalle istruzioni/note/manuali allegati, dalla confezione e imballaggio originali, dal certificato di garanzia, ove presente, e tutto quant'altro corrisponde pari al nuovo.
