    Great value great taste

    Works brilliantly every time for spelt flour bread recipe in panasonic breadmaker. The flour is light with a tasty crunch when toasted. Wrap in baking paper shortly after ready. Slice and freeze when cool. Delicious bread and less harsh on digestive system than strong wheat flour.

    Great flour for baking

    Use this flour for baking my own bread. I was looking online for this kind of flour because there is not too much of it in the shops even in London. This is exactly what I need- white spelt flour. Extra bonus in here is bigger weight for good price. My bread looks nice and taste good. I hope I will be able to come back again when this ( quite big) stock will finish :-).

    Its just great
