Great product for calm and good gut health
This is a great product for regular bowel movement. It is also said to be good for nervous system, sleep etc - however in my experience it hasn't helped me sleep, but it is quite calming to take half a cup at night even though it does not taste particularly nice. The biggest benefit is for those who have trouble with bowel movement, not to be mistaken for a laxative no it just helps with a regular and comfortable gut.
