very nice set of roof rails only downside is the end fixtures will not sit on the roof flush there is a 3mm gap on one end although i did crank the fixing bolts very tight it isn't enough to bring down the end flush to the roof surface and the other end there isnt a fixing mount on my roof as its a three point fixing not a four so you do have to accept that but for the price they are very nice, I'm using silicon to fill in any gaps.

Contacted seller to explain roof bars didnt fit my van as described and aft were spending hours trying to fit them and make sure i had done it correct i gave up as they clearly werent for my van. Contacted them and they have been so unhelpful and wont accept return with out packaging . Who keeps large boxes after they have been opened exspecillay at Christmas!! Would not recommend this company

However, sadly you refused to provide any of this information. When something doesn't fit or is sent incorrectly we will always send the correct replacements, however we do ask for pictures just to make sure the same problems don't happen again.
