I ordered the Socorro thermostatic bar (MPN SHW005) but received the Scudo (MPN EN1111) instead. The two products have different measurements, causing installation issues and an unnecessary plumber call-out charge. When I contacted the seller, they offered no apology and implied the items are the same, which they are not. This was misleading and inaccurate. Then after the replacement (which looks different to advertised) arrived I book the plumber again, to find out the mounting kit is still incomplete. Was offered a partial refund which is of no use, as still have an unusable but very expensive kit at this point. But I didn’t decline it and haven’t actually received any refund at all.
