Stated as 6mm thickness in the description, told me I had not read the description properly (the seller changed it to 5mm whilst I was messaging), then went radio silent after I sent a screen shot showing it previously stating 6mm!!!!

Description states 5mm, it is commonly known that square plate washers come in 3mm & 5mm thickness, we only sell 5mm. Granted there was an issue with the product description that was rectified however not when the buyer claims. Multiple times we offered to find a solution to the buyers problem however he chose not to respond to the offers of a refund or exchange. Claims of silence are hard to consider when only resolutions were offered with no response to those offers from the buyer.
