So much so that I am unlikely to order from you again if you continue with the same delivery people. Item was left outside the front door without any ringing of the bell. Unknown to us it remained there overnight. When discovered the following morning the outside of the cardboard box was WET. Fortunately the product inside was sealed in plastic, and was intact - however the delivery person could not have known that !
