I was pleased to be able to find this paper (300gsm cold press) so ordered. It arrived quicker than I expected. However, when I opened and used the pad for the first time the paper, I detached the sheet and it ripped so I thought it was the protective top sheet. I realised 3 pages actually came away. IT WAS SO THIN! I checked and realised I had been sent 200gsm. I contacted the seller and they said they would look into the matter. I've emailed a few times but I am getting nowhere. Not Happy.
