Bike is amazing. Price and quality is good. Shipped safely,
Both tyre treads came buckled. I sent photos and was told to “see how it goes”. I declined this offer and said i wanted a partial refund for obvious reasons. They sent me £40 back. Looked online and tyres seem to be over £30 each. Not too fussed over £20-£30 missing but i think customer service wise this should have been dealt with differently.
