My order was lost by parcel force. However as soon as I contacted the seller they started the process to find the lost tyres with parcel force. After giving parcel force two days to locate them, which they could not the seller just sent out another pair of tyres to me at their own expense,whilst they put in a clam for the lost original order. Great customer service which is priceless when things go wrong like lost parcels.
