PetMoods never knew that the Buyer's DriveTrack 71 was not working properly, because the Buyer never contacted us. We contacted the Buyer to open a return so that we could replace it immediately, but it looks like he sent it to Garmin for repair or replacement before he posted this neutral feedback. The Buyer never replied back, so we don't know if he still has it or not.
