The seller is very professional. The package arrived before the due date, was well packaged and exceeded my expectation. The laptop itself looked like a new laptop in all honesty. I thought it must have been a mistake. No scratches nor dinks anywhere. The machine itself worse well. No issues with speed or performance. I would order a few more soon for my family members. Keep it up.

Seller was quick to offer to allow me to return the item since he didn't know the password. Otherwise, the unit was in great shape.

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
