Postman failed to collect on the day I booked due to covid and there was no replacement postman available to collect. I changed the delivery service from 5 day courier to Tracked 24 free of charge and dropped it off at the Post Office sorting depot the next day. This has happened on several occasions. Unfortunately It is now the norm but I try to prepare for this by changing delivery service so it arrives on time..
