    Great Little Meter

    B&K has always designed and built good quality test equipment and this is no exception. It is ruggedly designed and feature packed for a very good price. The case is a good size that fits in your hand or sits on your bench. It is heavy and solid enough that you can press the buttons with it sitting on your bench and not move around. That is not totally true if you have it on the flip-out stand, but if set flat it is solid. The back is flat and keeps it from rocking around as you use it. Unlike cheaper units, it also includes a connection for a shield on the test leads to reduce noise on longer test leads. the features are outstanding, including measuring resistance, inductance, and capacitance, as well as Q and dissipation and what I really bought it for, ESR.
