Unit is otherwise in cosmetically good shape. Powered on and working as it should. For the price point of this Chromebook it was a great deal. I bought this one as a gift and now I kinda wish I had bought two while they were available. Thank you for a fantastic deal. Would definitely buy from this seller again!

Only thing, came slightly dirty(finger prints on screen/sticker residue- which could have been cleaned within 2 mins before shipping out to create a better opening experience for thr buyer. But, All in all, I give everything a solid 8.9/10. Very happy

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
