Usted puede rescindir el contrato de adquisición en un período de dos semanas sin aludir a razones, de forma escrita (por carta, fax, correo electronico). Si el producto ya ha sido enviado antes del vencimiento del plazo, a través de la devolución del mismo. Consecuencias de la revocación

En caso de una cancelación efectiva, los servicios recibidos por ambas partes, y dónde sea aplicable, los usos contraídos (como por ej. intereses) deberán ser restituidos. En el caso de que el producto restituido venga devuelto total o parcialmente o únicamente en mal estado, el beneficiario deberá pagar una compensación. Si el producto ha sido vendido, la obligación antes mencionada no se aplicará si el deterioro que experimenta el objeto viene verificado (como podría suceder en una tienda).
