The tape machine arrived in poor, non-working condition, yet had been described as recently serviced . It had not been serviced. Negative feedback prompted rapid response from seller who said I could have returned the item, yet offered no method for doing so - the sale page states no returns accepted . The final communication from him was Well, I ll have to have a word with eBay about this . I d love a full refund with postage paid return, but this is yet to be offered. The saga continues.

The item I sent to the buyer was in full working order and had been fully tested and serviced .The buyer refused to return the item despite the fact I had offered a full refund .
The buyer had already left a negative feedback before even contacting me which is against E bay 7 day recommended waiting time .
