I cannot comment on the condition of the starter since I have not tried to activate it yet so I have no reference yet. My only issue is that they were shipped with no tracking information and I do have a problem with that and would have preferred an option when I placed my order however I am otherwise satisfied and would refer this shop to family and friends comm. was good. Starter shipped from New York which surprised and disappointed since I live on the west coast but they shipped it immediately so it still got here quick. They do in fact ship more then enough, the photo is what is left after I started mine and shared.
