Il diritto di recesso è regolato dal D.Lgs. n. 206 del 06/09/2005. Il Cliente (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l'acquisto indicando nel modulo d'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA) ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo.

Per esercitare tale diritto il Cliente dovrà inviare a L'Angolo dell'Aloe una comunicazione entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, tramite posta elettronica all'indirizzo indicato nella pagina contatti.

Fatte salve eventuali spese di ripristino per danni accertati all'imballo originale, provvederà L'Angolo dell'Aloe al rimborso mediante Bonifico Bancario dell'intero importo già pagato, entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione di recesso. Pertanto sarà cura del Cliente fornire tempestivamente le coordinate bancarie (IBAN) sulle quali ottenere il rimborso.

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente, per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrità del bene (confezione e/o suo contenuto), nei casi in cui L'Angolo dell'Aloe accerti:

- utilizzo anche parziale del bene e di eventuali materiali di consumo;

- mancanza della confezione esterna e/o dell'imballo interno originale;

- danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto;

- assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, parti, ecc.).

Nei casi sopra indicati, L'Angolo dell'Aloe provvederà a restituire al mittente il bene acquistato, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione.

Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:

- il diritto si applica al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza; non è possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato;

- il diritto non si applica sui prodotti aperti;

- il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti.

A norma di legge, le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione del bene sono a carico del Cliente. La spedizione, fino all'attestazione di avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, è sotto la completa responsabilità del Cliente; in caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, L'Angolo dell'Aloe darà comunicazione al Cliente dell'accaduto, per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del corriere e ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene (se assicurato); in questa eventualità, il prodotto sarà messo a disposizione del Cliente per la sua restituzione, annullando contemporaneamente la richiesta di recesso.

L'Angolo dell'Aloe non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate; al suo arrivo, il prodotto sarà esaminato per valutare eventuali danni non derivanti dal trasporto.

The seller told me the bars had at least 1 year before expiry. Not one did. Some expired in 4 months, some in less than 6. Most had 9-11 months left. This is mis-selling. Some had 2 different expiry dates for the same flavour. The post stated 16 flavours; I received 15, including 2 that were completely different items. More mis-selling. The seller was also completely disinterested in resolving a delivery issue, beside supplying the UK tracking no. In short, casual, careless and dishonest.
