    The product is new, as described, but I AM DISAPPOINTED by the fact that the seller did not specify that the product DOES NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX, even if it is opened. I believe that a real seller would have specified this, especially since we are also resellers and now we have problems convincing the customer that the product brought by us is new! I could hardly refrain from giving a neutral or even negative feedback!
