The one disappointment was I e-mailed the supplier regarding a technical issue on the phone to see if they could answer my query. Alas they never replied or even acknowledged my e-mail to them, for that reason I will only give them 4 starts, had they answered me it would have been 5 stars. Supplier, remember, after service is important to your buyers....

It arrived very quickly via Royal Mail special delivery, and was VERY securely packed. As promised in the advert, the phone is in immaculate condition - looking as though brand new. Again, as promised, it was accompanied by the correct charging cable and the SIM card pin. The buying experience with this retailer, has thus been outstanding, with very good initial cost, a well presented 'phone & good service all round. Excellent !

To be fair it was described as new but in a resealed box. It wax a good price and seems genuine. Strangely packed in bubble wrap and a bin liner. Won’t really know if new until battery is tested over time.
