Unibos grass trimmer
Came in a small box and does need assembly as the stem is in 3 sections. The line is very thin and snaps easily, but this is stated in the item details. Only real bugbear is there is only just over 1 foot of flex with a 3 pin plug on the end. An extension can be used of course but the plug/socket then bangs against the body and is a distraction. I removed the plug and extended the flex to a reasonable length, which works fine. All in all OK for the price.Came in a small box and does need assembly as the stem is in 3 sections. All good except cable length.
The strimmer is I feel good value and powerful. The only negative point is you only get 2 to 3 foot of electric cable with the unit wtich is far far too short. If it had 20 to 30 foot of cable would give 5 stars, because of this I would rate 3 out of 5.

You need to sort out such an embarrassing short electric cable

Not bad for 20 quid.
Lightweight and flimsy. No good for very thick patches. Very easy to assemble and simple to operate. OK for trimming edges where grass is dry and not too lush and dense. In retrospect I probably should have spent a bit more to get a more powerful one.

Excellent Unit, but dont go heavy.
Im a disabled Gentleman, so primarily weight was important for me. I have had no problems at all with this factor though, as it is very good weight and has an excellent forward control handle, giving total control action and very accurate. The skirt is perfect to avoid strimmer breakage against walls etc. The only 2 points I will say disappoint me are 1stly, the cable to plug length is extremely short. This has meant I have had to lengthen from around 25cm plug length, too a 4m length, as most extension leads do not have a single plug width power attachment most are now 2 or even 4 ac outlets on a reel which would be almost impossible to hold and carry parallel with the strimmer trigger on handle. 2ndly I have had to purchase more trimmer line as the device has struggled with multiple ...
