    I have writte to and sent a photo of the item I bought that arrived in pieces and had no response. It was described as "wrought iron" suggesting it is a robust item. It is no such thing. Cheap and tacky and useless as a wanted to make a very small lamp shade. I've wasted money not just on the item, but the postage, so very annoyed at appalling item and service. In addition, there is a message with the purchase to claim £20, which requires giving bank details, which seems suspicious.
