I received a grade 2 (per the certification plate) rusted straight edge. No box, no paperwork. The tools was only packaged with bubble wrap and was clearly dinged in transport! The item isn't "New – Open box" nor in "excellent condition with no functional defects."
Shipping cost almost exceed the value of the item so I'll be keeping it.
The seller seems to be doing their best but this offering was just disingenuous at best.
