    Initially the vendor did not offer carriage, so an arrangement was made for me to collect as I drove London >> Inverness. When I made the purchase I noticed that the web page now included carriage (at a crazy-cheap price)...delivery dates were stated. Those dates came and went but no delivery. Queried this and was told that carriage costs were too high so they had reverted to the original plan... but without informing me! Admin / Comms need sharpening up!
