oil pictured and described not what was received. Seller said it was an equivalent oil but i wanted what was described, not an equivalent which i could have bought locally cheaper. Asked seller for partial refund which he refused saying couldn't match larger retailers( Halfords etc) BUT the typical price forthe oil sent was 35 pounds, from almost any retailer big or small which he was selling for 46.99 way overpriced BUT did refund quickly is the only positive thing i could say
