Rug was of a good quality for the price and well packaged. Rug is great but delivery not so good. I was e-mailed to say the delivery would be on the monday, then e-mailed again monday evening to say it would be on the Tuesday between 2 and 5, then when not delivered e-mailed to say wednesday, when it eventually arrived. Probably would be a good idea to use a different delivery company as this was a bit frustrating and time consuming.
