Ordered 30g received 31g. Still early days but looking good so far. Fully drained grains (maybe spun in a centrifuge to remove liquid) appeared a bit weak at 1st glance. But a couple of days in full fat milk and they are looking healthy and producing kefir. Note that by removing all the liquid we receive more grains. Many other suppliers send a few grains drowning in milk to bulk out the weight. Big thanks.

All good, ty. Resultant kefir is some of the best I've had...creamy, fairly tangy and reasonably thick. This could differ slightly according to the milk you use, obviously, length of time left and the fermentation method. I'd used long life whole milk, myself, and a fermentation vessel (clear glass with a red lid that has a built in one way valve) left for about 3 days at room temp. Definitely recommended:)
