I am a fan of pressure cookers and have used one for 47 years. They don't dry out food like a slow cooker. This one is large enough for a big family and ideal for home made soups stews etc., enabling the cook to use cheaper more tasty meat that cooks down beautifully in a short amount of time. The fact this one is stainless steel is even better as it is easy to clean and stays looking good. Controls are dead simple.I am a fan of pressure cookers and have used one for 47 years. First pressure cooker I have used.It is good value for money and a decent size for a family. Sturdy stainless steel and good lid locking system.Two steam levels,high and low. Pleased in general with it and think that it will last many years.
