Arrived on time and was as described. I bought direct from Bioflow to ensure it was the genuine article. It was for my 38 year old daughter as she mentioned about her wrist being sore when she did certain tasks. I already have one for my arthritis. She says it helps. Her only negative comment is that as her wrist is thin, as she is petite, that the body of the Bioflow just sits on her wrist and the strap is a bit long. This is because it's a one size fits all. They do other types but dearer.
