Difficult to use
If you can put enough weight on it, this will cut lovely straight lines but I don't have the upper body strength for this and found it very difficult to pull down to make the cuts. I had to stop after cutting for a couple of frames. You need also need a heavy straight edge to use with it, otherwise you are trying to press your weight down with both hands whilst cutting and can easily slip. After practicing for a few days, I did manage to get some reasonable looking mat boards cut but was unable to get the corners completely accurate using the mark on the cutter. I'm not really happy with the quality of the mat boards so far, so I'm not sure I will use them. I will persevere for a bit longer and experiment with using my own marks and a much heavier straight edge but I'm not convinced I'll ... Sharp, clean cut from these blades
I've been looking for some replacement blades for my cutter for ages. These are absolutely awesome. They provide for an excellently clean angled cut, just like the original blade. I'm so pleased with these blades that I will be recommending them to my crafty friends!
