Easy change and ready to go.
Fitted straight onto my Iron, easier than the old type with the external spring. Heated up very quickly and the solder ran round the tip as soon as it was touched onto it.

Bought this to solder a mini USB charging socket could not have done the job without it well worth the money recommend to anyone doing the same jobs after all if you haven't got the right tools for the job you will struggle not worth it for the sake of a few bob..
