Very good eye pencils
I discovered Bell eye make up some years ago and it definitely works for me. I have to use hypo-allergenic on my sensitive eyes and this brand never causes problems. It's far cheaper than other makes too which is always a bonus. I've just reordered all my eye pencils to restock as these last so long I was concerned about bacteria causing eye infections.

Difficult, it’s goes on beautifully, but, I have a problem that all eyeliners seem to run, smudge and make my eyes all mucky underneath, this is the third type, all different prices and all run.

I have a problem with one of my eyes and unfortunately can no longer wear eye liner so I thought I would give it a try. I have to put it on top of a cream I use or I get a problem the only negative for me is that I would have liked it in Green. They don’t seem to do Green but I may order the mauve after Christmas.
