Neutral feedback only because I received only 1 part of the parcel. The sender told me that they sent two boxes, but the courier (in the depot) told me that only one box was received. I spoke with the sender and they told me that there were two boxes but they are sending missing parts which were in the 2nd box right away. It was strange to me that someone sends me a second parcel worth £400 without checking with a courier. So I'm assuming it was a sender error. They shipped 1 box only.
