Sealed box was not protected and rolls were broken out of box. Entire package stunk of cigarette smoke. When confronted he said I was a bad customer and told me about the great deal that I got. He could respond to this feedback. All he wants, but matter fact is a sealed box of coins was unsealed loose and sticking horribly of smoke.
