Great items as described! However, one item did arrive damaged and the supplier was immediately contacted with photo proof. The seller quickly responded offering a replacement and stated that they would express to the packers to ensure that they added more protection to the package. The replacement was accepted and indeed arrived today. The item was undamaged but the was still very poorly protected! Thank you, good service!

Buckle arrived eventually - took nearly one month - was stuck in UK customs. Posted from China (not UK based seller). Nice enough buckle for the price, but colour is unfortunately Navy, unlike the photo which looks much lighter. Good communication.
