Very well made ,sturdy design.Easy to assemble . As I found riding normal bikes --my body is long and my legs are short . I---- was assembled upside down . The freewheel setting easily gets my pulse rate working . Very good value . I had to cut an inch off the seat post for my short legs. The seat adjuster is now reversed for my long body .It takes up hardly any room .Great purchase .
