Item advertised as brand new, unused in retail packaging. Not the case, chair was not sealed, both arm rests had scratches all over then, stickers peeled off basically purchased a second hand item. Seller asked to send photos which I did but never received any further communication. Too much hassle to return item seller should organise a collection. Other than that a good price but seller needs to honest..
