Unfortunately the nail polish didn’t arrive sealed so I can’t tell for certain if it’s brand new. It was cheaper ordering from here at £4.99 with free delivery than on Amazon Prime which was the next best price so good value. The bottle looks new with no scuffs, rips or marks on the bottle. The polish is quite thin and the brush is thinner than normal. It goes on quite patchy to start with so needs a second layer.
