    A good product despatched promptly, working fine - thanks! We were let down as usual by the Royal Mail unfortunately, as the package arrived only today after a non-delivery on Monday (with the usual lie about 'we tried to deliver but you weren't in', which we were). Short of using a courier - thus increasing cost - I don't think there's much that can be done about this, as the seller can't be expected to make up for staffing/management problems at the sorting office.
