Very good genuine mppt (I checked inductors/coils). It needs about 5A before it mppt's. It also infinitely current charges taking only what it needs from the higher upper current. Down side, it consumes a bit of power when no input however its not too noticeable. Lifepo4 its set on and charges to the limit then trickles to top up max voltage. Its a good bit of kit recommended.

Has now been installed and working for a week and seems to be performing well . It sits there quietly doing its job to make sure that there is correct charging from the solar panels to the batteries. Quality and finish is very good , just a shame side mounting plates aren't a little bigger as the screws are a little difficult to get in. all in all a quality item that does its job well , how reliable? only time will tell its early days.
