    This book contains a lot of information and advice on how to take care of yourself with normal everyday foods. It is easy to read and the Table of Contents is nicely categorized for quick reference.

    Great book that I will gift in the future again.

    Excellent book that is a big help to new cooks and experienced cooks alike. Gives recipes that are not just typical but somewhat different with ideas and information abut foods that you don't normally use every day but do want to know how to cook. I have given several for gifts and they were all well received.
