The sourdough starter arrived quickly. It was very well packaged, and I was able to easily access and download the instructions. As per the guidance I allowed the starter to rest at room temperature before feeding, and was amazed to see how active it became almost immediately. Less than 24 hours later I had baked my first loaf and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Thank you :)
