    Seller shipped the first one on June 26 the day after I purchased it. UPS lost it, no tracking updates and UPS tracking said they never received it. Seller shipped another one July 2. UPS tried to deliver both today. Delivery driver said one was not in their system he didn’t know how it got here. Showed the UPS man the tracking. It’s on its way back to seller. Good transaction. Seller was great fixed UPS’ failure. Good communications. UPS is incompetent! Thanks Nik I appreciate it.

    Product came broken and waterlogged. All the packets were busted open product was totally damaged before it was shipped and packaged up all broken up. I want the item again, but I wanted it inspected before it leaves. I tried contacting you ahead of time explaining your situation, but there was no response.
