The aluminum working part (made of thin aluminum sheet) is glued off-axis. The paint was probably applied with a brush and during a sandstorm (full of lumps, unevenness). Something like this shouldn't be allowed for sale, and there should be a penalty for producing something like this, using up material, paint and polluting the environment. A completely shoddy and useless item. I don't recommend it.
