Su 30gr di proteine al cioccolato, la presenza di bcaa è limitata, ben al di sotto dei 4.5gr al contrario di altri brand. Sono quindi necessari 60gr di prodotto per avere il pool aminoacidico ottimale o l'inserimento di bcaa.

Si capisce quindi che un misurino di Whey (es. da 30 g) con: - 25 g di proteine dichiarati sull’etichetta - e 2 g di Creatina, potrebbe contenere in realtà da 2 fino a 14 g in meno di proteine, portando il quantitativo effettivo quindi fra i 23 e gli 11.
