Here's why all dealers should take the time to take excellent photos: this set is a beauty and the photos sold me. But the cool thing is it looks even better in person. The slipcover is virtually flawless (and looks like something I own as I take care of my toys) and it is tight which means it hasn't been endlessly fumbled with. The discs look great and the price was fantastic. And it was mailed in an actual USPS cardboard box and then wrapped in a big ol' plastic bag! Thanks wigmaster!!!

  • Great read for any aspiring rock group/musician

If you're a Cheap Trick fan (and that includes anyone with exceptional taste in music) this is a must-read. The book spans early years and proto bands (Grim Reapers, Fuse, Paegan, Sick Men of Europe etc) through "Cheap Trick's" years at Epic/Sony, Warner, and their first independent (Red Ant) release. "Reputation" includes the REAL biographies of the band and its members (no, Tom did NOT work in a sardine factory and Bun E was NOT born in Venezuela). It covers their "overnight" rise to become the #4 ranked band in the US (At Budokan live album); the various issues that saw them decline in popularity; the "Tom-breakup"; the reunion; their return to popularity (US #1 song "the Flame"); and their moves to Warner then independent records. Great photos included. It's now been 41 years ...
