I sent the item back this seller refused to refund me saying they did not receive it but tracking shows it has arrived.
eBay stepped in and gave me a full refund.

Items which are returned to us are refunded straight away. We’re still waiting to receive your items. We know tracking is showing delivered. But we’ve checked 3 of our addresses. Still no sign of the items.
