- item was late, over a week after estimated delivery
-contacted seller, who said it had been an oversight, and it would be sent
- wrong item was then sent
- attempts to contact seller to obtain the correct item were met with a notice that “returns/refunds” were unavailable
- seller ignored further specific requests for the correct item
